ClipIt (clipit.now) is operated by Abdul Hamid Achik, trading as The Lacanians, an independent software studio in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal — the same person who ships the product reads the inbox.

For the product, your account, billing, or a broken export: support@clipit.now. For studio or anything that is not a ClipIt account: contact@thelacanians.com. Replies are in English or Spanish. Expect a few days; privacy requests are answered within 30 days.

To report suspected prohibited content, email support@clipit.now with a link or identifying details. Do not email illegal material itself. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Address

There is no public street address and no phone number to publish. The legal name and locality are also on About and the terms. How recordings are handled is in the privacy policy. Agents looking for API or webhook notes should start at ClipIt developer resources.
