By accessing or using ClipIt ("Service"), available at clipit.now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClipIt is an AI-powered video clipping platform that allows users to upload videos, describe desired clips using natural language, and receive automatically extracted video segments. The Service uses artificial intelligence for transcription and analysis to identify and cut relevant portions of video content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ClipIt a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. ClipIt does not claim ownership of your uploaded content or generated clips.

The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of ClipIt and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ClipIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
