Every match shows the transcript span and why it matched. You approve the range before it becomes something you share — which is the difference between retrieval and citation.
When to choose a research platform
Use a dedicated research suite when you need multi-project tagging, participant databases, and collaboration workflows priced for that stack. ClipIt will not replace those features.
When to choose ClipIt
Use ClipIt when you already have the recording file and need a specific theme or quote out of it quickly, optionally with translated captions for stakeholders who do not share the interview language.
